Peas Toast

Ingredients
Bread - 8 slices
Curd - 4 tbsp (hung)
Ginger - 2 tsp (grated)
Coconut powder - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green Peas - 2 tbsp (boiled and coarsely mashed)
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method

Mix the curd, salt, ginger, coconut powder, green peas and coriander leaves well. Spread the mixture between two slices of bread and cut them into any shape you like. Heat a tawa or frying pan and add a little oil and mustard seeds. Gry the bread slices on both sides and serve hot.
